If we create new Gutenberg blocks for Helphub, it might be a good idea to define a simple Gutenberg template assigned to the Articles post type, if a common structure is used throughout articles.

This means the Articles post type has initial contents so that you can force the content structure to the future writer. Yes, this is good idea!

I totally agree. Using block templates for Helphub will really help keep things consistent throughout making it easier for people to read.
