Salt mining for ERC1967 minimal proxies?

Given an implementation address A, how would I mine a salt for the proxy?

What is the creation code for a minimal proxy? Do I pass A as a constructor arg?

EDIT: I see initCodeHashERC1967(address implementation) in LibClone - I guess that's how I'd do it 😄
