Describe the bug
During thunderstorms, a normal-sized gate will occasionally get struck by lightning, regardless of gate type. However, if the mod is configured for Stargates to be "Large", Pegasus Stargates will never be

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set Stargates Config > Stargate Size to "large" in mod config
  2. Set Stargates Config > mechanics > Chance of lightning strike that charges a gate to 1.0
  3. Build a Pegasus Stargate and a Milky Way Stargate in the overworld
  4. Set the weather to thunder (/weather thunder)
  5. Watch as the Milky Way Stargate is struck by lightning, but the Pegasus gate is not.

Additionally, you can leave the gate size on the default, construct a Pegasus gate, and watch it get struck by lightning, despite the larger-sized version not.

Expected behavior
With the chance of lightning set to 100%, the gate should be being constantly struck by lightning. However, a Large Pegasus Stargate does not. A Large Milky Way Stargate does, and a normal-sized Pegasus gate does, but not a large Pegasus gate.

jsg-1.12.2-4.11.2.8

Additional context
All of this playtesting and video recording is done in a Minecraft instance where JSG is the only installed mod. No Optifine, no other mods, nothing.

My whole JSG config (as .zip)
Default config, except with the values specified above altered back and forth to demonstrate issue.
