Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I turn on the blocker, as only Facebook is written in the blocking list, it blocks also messenger app on Mac. They don't have the same domains but anyway, it's not working anymore.

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to add some domains in a white list but now choosing, one or the other. The both working together and not having to choose between one of them.

Additional context
If you have another solution other solution to solve messenger issue, I'm in. Have a nice day!

Most likely because messenger app on mac does use the facebook.com.

Have you tried to access from messenger.com in browser instead of the app?
