Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
its very difficult to make the time exact time like 1 hour if arrow keys move the time by 1 minute it would make such improvement

if left and right arrow keys move the time by 1 minute it would make such improvement

Describe alternatives you've considered
maybe the ability to type the time manually
