Important! If can use self control on Mac when there is a timer

if I log out and log back in and restart a few times I can use self-control while the block is still going.
I am on a MacBook Air
Chip Apple M1
Memory 8GB
macOS Ventura 13.3.1
13.3-inch Retina display
Macintosh HD

Please fix this issue because it is urgent.

this is how I do it
First, you put the block and then you log out and log back in and restart and then I can do everything and all the internet and the block continues.
Once the block is stopped I can turn it back on and everything returns to normal.
