Ignore missing maps #167

I have some files that have maps and some that don't have. As a result sorcery fails:

/srv/current/node_modules/sorcery/bin/index.js:71
			throw err;
			^

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'PATH_TO_MISSING_MAP.js.map'
