Valkyrie disables Optifine's custom item texture feature

Describe the bug

The custom item texture feature which Optifine provides no longer works in the newer update of Valkyrie. If I rename an item which has a custom texture attached based off it's name it will no longer function, in earlier updates this feature worked but no longer works in the newer version of Valkyrie.

Reproducibility

You can detect it on any save.

To Reproduce

Rename an item via anvil by it's custom item name and it won't render the custom texture assigned using Optifine.

Example: I rename bread to doughnut and it no longer renders the custom doughnut texture I have assigned to that item name.

Expected behavior

I expected items with assigned custom textures to render like how it did with the prior update.

Other Details

Other features of Optifine such as random mob textures still work but custom item textures don't.
