[Feature Request] 支持 Azure 的语音 API #5

这个软件简洁大方，没有那些杂七杂八的东西，猫猫图标很可爱，想用它来练口语，但是目前没办法发声，iOS 系统的朗读屏幕又很难用。可否支持填写 Azure 的 API 来调用 text-to-speech 功能呢（Azure 个人版可以免费用），这样在收到回复后，它可以自动念出来。🌹🌹🌹
