Deployment via Helm Charts for Kubernetes

Hello! Just wanted to jump in here and request k8s support via helm for deployment. This may be the wrong location - perhaps a new project for deployment, but I am interested in scaling mms out.

I think I got this working here, tested only on minikube. It does require the use of a built View Editor image with paths set in the k8s cluster. It has to be deployed individually with each of the helms, there's no app-of-apps paradigm built. Feel free to fork, I won't be updating anymore.
