In react-teams, an Alert from v0 is rendered specifically for the Form component with an issue scoped to the whole Form, so this could be interpreted as necessary for milestone 1.

The implementation in Fluent Blocks, however, should definitely accommodate the full breadth of this pattern which is necessary for milestone 2.

Questions:

• What is the full breadth of this pattern?
• What relation does this have with the Toast pattern?
• Does the Toast pattern supplant Messages?
