[BUG] Exclude_members #364

Describe the bug
I try to exclude a service

NagVis Version
1.9.33

Environment
PHP version 5.4.16

To Reproduce

Right click on host in map
Unlock
Right click on host in map
Modify object
Status
check exclude_members
write the check name to exclude (Mysql-index-usage)
Save
Lock host
update state
the check is not exclude

Expected behavior
I would like that service Mysql-index-usage doesn't appear in the host services on the map.

Actual behavior
Service appears.
