"Incremental deleg" vs "Incremental delegation"

I've been reading through the document more carefully and I do like this.
But I keep bumping against how similar these terms are. have you considered calling the former "ideleg" ?

also "Delegation" - does the 9499 definition not as good as the one in STD13 for Legacy Delegations?

I have some minor edits i will send along, but I also have some other thoughts - like moving the motivation (1.2->1.4) out of the intro into its own section
