hide_tabs_toolbar_v2 not working

hide_tabs_toolbar_v2 doesn't work anymore after I update Firefox
I'm using Firefox 137.0a1

Yeah, Nightly removed -moz-bool-pref media query in favor of new -moz-pref which can be used to also query number and string prefs. So we just need to change the name of media queries used in this and other styles.

hide_tabs_toolbar_v2.css should now work with changes from 6931382. oneline_toolbar.css is still not updated, because there we might not be able to compose all the media queries so that it works with both the new and old one. I'm tempted to just use the the new -moz-pref syntax in oneline_toolbar.css and then folks who use it in Firefox 135 and 136 can just use the old version.
