TE to keep SWITCH trigger if there are no other triggers on the same tile if target is TEN #965

By default switch triggers are removed at compilation time if it doesn't trigger anything else. But since we could use lua triggers to activate them we need to currently trigger some kind of dummy to keep the switch trigger in the game. Therefore I propose removing this auto removal if the engine target is TEN.
