Ran into this issue when trying to profile the app performance...and the Edge itself seems also affected. Have tried to reset the settings, remove the user data folder, reinstall Edge, upgrade to the latest v129 runtime, check and clear any group policies...still the same. I don't want to re-install Windows because of this...
