代理的dns缓存过时后没有有效方法更新，希望可以暴露刷新dns缓存的api

能阐述清楚些吗？你指的是mihomo核心运行过程中装在黑盒子里面的缓存？区别于传统的本地系统ipconfig /flushdns 的DNS缓存？

在你测试中，重启内核、重启程序、重启电脑能够实现刷新缓存吗？现在能够实现清除代理dns缓存的手动方法是什么呢？
