Changing output directory and changing output file names

I have an audio file and a transcript.
"The Adventures of Someone Named Sam.mp3" and "The Adventures of Someone Named Sam.txt"
When the alignment runs, it overwrites my existing "The Adventures of Someone Named Sam.txt"

My request is for one or more of the following

1. The user can control where the output directory for the json and txt file that are created
2. The user can control the name of the output files
3. The output files are suffixed with something like "_aligned", e.g. "The Adventures of Someone Name Sam _aligned.txt"

I guess option 1 along with 3 sound good, can you open a PR with the changes?
