Would be good to have an pre-build wheel of the uvloop python package for musl & glib on armv7.

cibw_arch: ["x86_64", "aarch64", "universal2"]

There are still some scenarios for this, e.g. the millions of old raspberry pi on which alpine (musl) is used.
