Cached Web Content is not cleared

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any website (eg, www.primevideo.com)
2. On the Meta's Setting dialog, switch off the internet connection
3. Confirm that using back / forward navigation Wolvic renders the using the cached web content
4. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security
5. In the Cached Web Content item, click on the "Clear data" button
6. Perform again the back / forward navigation test

Current Behavior

Wolvic renders the websites using the cached web content, despite it has been removed

Expected Behavior

Wolvic should show an error page or a blank page, at least, since there is no connection to send an http request and there should noe be anything in the cache
