Enhancement. Improved deployment experience

I have also created some scripts to automate the installation of Webobs, in virtual machines. I would be more than happy to contribute these to the project to make it easy to install the system.

The scripts are in the form of a Vagrant script, which automatically installs all the prerequisites and Webobs to a virtual machine. It makes the deployment very simple and reduces the steps to just a few. This would enable nontechnical users to install the system, or even cloud deployments.
