The example at https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/cgm/Observation-cgmSensorReadingMolesPerVolumeExample.json.html has the category laboratory. I'm not sure that's good.

If an app searches for labs drawn this year, it will be surprised to find potentially tens of thousands of observations...
