Inline support for SystemVerilog within Gemini AI Code Assist in VS Code

Dear Gemini AI Code Assist Team,

I'm writing to request the addition of inline code suggestions for SystemVerilog language within Gemini AI Code Assist in VS Code.

Currently, Gemini AI Code Assist supports SystemVerilog in its chat functionality. However, inline code suggestions are not yet available for SystemVerilog within VS Code extension. It does not work by default in *.sv files and there's no SystemVerilog option in the drop-down list of supported languages for inline suggestions in Gemini section of VS Code settings.

Github Copilot AI Code Assistant supports SystemVerilog (as well as Verilog and VHDL) both in chat and for inline suggestions but it seems that Gemini chat suggestions for SystemVerilog are of higher quality so it is a shame it does not support it for inline suggestions. I believe that inline code suggestions for SystemVerilog would be a valuable addition to Gemini AI Code Assist and would greatly benefit hardware engineers.

I have VS Code extensions for SystemVerilog, Verilog, and VHDL. None of these languages work for Gemini inline suggestions.
