Integrate the reading/write of the SuperGenius chain (which I believe is in lmdb or rocksdb) but should be ultimately stored on ipfs as a chain of blocks of UTXOs for each wallet address.

This seems to be integration between the GeniusWallet and SuperGenius blockchain (which should be CRDT, but now there's just an example on account_handling folder on SuperGenius)
