When I filter WU History to show Intel B580 resource, it does not stop there, it shows WUs finished/dumped by previous resident of that system. That previous GPU is no longer listed among drop down selection menu under resources, but WU list is still there.

Intel GPU has been enabled to fold last week. Yet History is showing WUs finished 24+ days ago. If I scroll down, it continues showing WUs finished 56 days ago.
The very first correct for Intel GPU WU entry is 3days ago.

What I would suggest on top of this, if a GPU or even CPU (is swapped) is removed, keep that in that computers database until it is pushed out by newer entries.
So if I have gfx906 entries, I un-tick that GPU in the settings, WU History still lists the entries, but does not list the GPU name anymore.
If I remove gfx906 completely from the system, WU history acts the same, shows the entries, but which GPU they are under.
If the GPU name is preserved even when it is removed, that would be best solution to this, i believe
