Broken command in Generating_XML_Models

Couple of issues so far (still going through this notebook):

1. The first block under the "Galactic Diffuse Model" section referenced the location of said model to be in "/vagrant/gll_iem_v06.fits", which is no longer the case.

2. The second block, which prints the energies in the galactic diffuse model, returns an error stream that points to the module records.pyc, which is a part of numpy. The versions of python & numpy used by the container are 2.7.14 & 1.14.3, respectively, while the current release of the ST uses python 2.7.8 & numpy 1.9.1. This command works normally in the current release.

3. The file images/diffrsps.png is not present.

1. Fixed the reference to vagrant. Everything points to ../data now.
2. I think this is fixed by using astropy.io.fits insteady of pyfits.
3. Not sure where that file is. @not-kimiko will have to look at it.
