User Story:
Upon login, admin can see two buttons that will redirect him to either the events page or the programs page.

Front End:
create a page that looks like the first view in this figma prototype

Acceptance Criteria:

Page has two buttons (events and programs).
Clicking each button redirects to its respective page.
