17.10 Installer Crashes

As soon as you begin inputting you "User information" the installer crashes. unsure if im the only one that has had this issue

+1 same issue in Ubuntu 18.04, is this repo still active? I ended up here via https://www.addictivetips.com/ubuntu-linux-tips/create-custom-ubuntu-distribution-distroshare-ubuntu-imager/, which appeared relatively recently written.
