[Search functionality] Unable to search alternate zip codes

Browser location services: Accepted/turned on

Problem: Unable to search zip codes. When I hit enter, the screen stays in same place. I can only zoom and pan to get to a different location

Screenshot: Map is in Seattle but when I search California 96161 nothing happens. Alternatively, if I search for Seattle while map shows CA nothing happens.

Actually this is a not a bug, when there is data, it would jump immediately, however, I agree it's less obvious to users to know the data flow behind the scene, so I would recommend to show up a message saying 'No data from this zipcode', we can jump to the area as well if it's better user experience, we need discuss this, let us know, thanks! @nessamilan
