Long Press doesn't work in Windows? Should it?

I've added TouchBehavior to a Button in my MAUI app (also tried on an Image). I only need to support Android and Windows. It works in Android but not in Windows. Is this the expected behavior in windows? I know a mouse click and a finger touch are technically different, but with MAUI being cross platform I sort of assumed LongPress would also work for mouse clicks. Before I file a potential bug, can somebody verify that LongPress is supposed to work in Windows? If not, there is nothing in the documentation to indicate that LongPress only works on mobile platforms.
