Motivation

As a user,
when i run an audit on the portal,
i want to be updated on what is happening

Description

Update the user using a processing widget

Stages

initializing (validating the audit request and adding it to the queue)
scheduled (audit has been added to the queue SQS)
running (audit is currently running on the server)
fetching (audit results are being fetched from the S3)
complete
