A new GH action or workflow should be added to the Viewer repo that will call the build process in the dibbs-vm repo on release of a new Viewer image. This workflow should pass in the newly-tagged version so we can compile a new machine.

See Rin for an example of this - she has one pre-written that can be modified for your use.
