Update app layout to clarify correspondence between time series and maps

Although the formatting and color-coding of the application is designed so that time series correspond to their associated maps, this correspondence may be made clearer through re-formatting the application to have a side-by side time series-to-map layout rather than the current top-to-bottom layout.
