Bug: Inconsistency in the weather section

Description:

Even though weather options are being selected, they are not displaying correctly and appear to be turned off. This inconsistency affects the user experience as it does not reflect the intended selections.
I have attached the images clearly displaying the error along with a video

the one you have attached is the weather section when you create a new alarm
the issue which I have raised appears when you create a new profile
also the new profile doesnt get regisered, im working on that issue and planning to solve that in this issue itself.
