Multiple IO Ports per Node

Is it possible to add multiple in and out ports and connect to them individually? Something like this:

I would need controls to be able to configure the exact number of IO ports on each node. I'd want to be able to open a property box on a node too.
If it's already there or you know of any project for inspiration, then please share. I've searched around. There was one project in the discussion that had an execution engine, but I'm new to Blazor, so found it difficult to understand how I could use that as a basis of what I require.

I guess the old Database Designer is very close. Just update to newer .Net and knock yourself out : DatabaseDesigner ?
