Support for locating the "implementations", i.e., definitions, associated with the name at the specified module coordinates. Mandated by Go To Implementation Request.

This amounts to implementing org.eclipse.lsp4j.TextDocumentService.implementation.

In Avail, it would appear that this behavior is fully synonymous with Go To Definition, so delegating to org.eclipse.lsp4j.TextDocumentService.definition would appear to provide full coverage. See the issue for Go To Definition Request for more guidance and detail.
