Can't use global custom rules #144

To use globally installed "tslint-eslint-rules" I specified the setting "Custom rule directory" as /usr/local/lib/node_modules/tslint-eslint-rules/dist/rules but got the Atom error:

Is this a linter-tslint bug or I made a mistake?

Does this repro when using the tslint CLI? It looks like the error is coming from tslint (.../.atom/packages/linter-tslint/node_modules/tslint/lib/configuration.js:201:19)
