What is the reason why the cnvkit_output folder is empty?
And the errors are like this
1.FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/gdata01/user/SRR9157088_cnvkit_output/SRR9157088.cs.rmdup.cnr'
2.FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/gdata01/user/SRR9157088_cnvkit_output/SRR9157088.cs.rmdup.cns'
