{typeId: "mr"} means the primary type is Meter and the secondary type is Residential.

Let user specify asset subtype in asset detail if typeById is defined in assetTypes for the given asset type
Send server request to update asset when user updates asset sub type
Let user filter by asset subtype in asset type filter using a nested tree https://material-ui.com/components/tree-view/
Show asset subtype count in asset type filter
