Pick up where you left off

You're watching a lecture, and your device loses power. You power it back up, and you no longer know where you were in a 30 min video. Wouldn't it be cool to resume it from where you left off? YES! 😂

Should this be done per course? or per video?

As a starter, we could implement functionality that does this per video and only store information for a 100 videos (or something like that).

After #10 is done, this could be implemented at a per course level.
