Remove references to cg-fake-uaa

In cloud.gov we've decided to archive/deprecate the cg-fake-uaa project, since running UAA in Docker provides an equivalent development experience, and so we have one fewer project to maintain.

You may want to update your references to that project, although I think things should still work for the time being. P.
